Racing down the street at extreme speeds and creating noise pollution is illegal. According to city and county regulations, disturbances should be reported to the county and police. The county will promptly ignore and the police will do nothing. Your tax dollars at work!
We should not have to put up with the bad apples that ruin the community and put lives in danger, but we will. Paying taxes to the city and county is not something you can avoid.
