What you’ll do (30-45 minutes):
Take clear photos of the property:
→ The land itself (most important). Photo of the property from the road, the property itself and the ground. If you can take drone photos of the property from an aerial view prospective that would be great. We are willing to add around $30 for the drone photos.
→ Surrounding area/neighborhood
Give us your honest input about the property and access.
→ We’d like your impression of the property and other information that you think is necessary for us to know specially if it's about utility and buildability. overall impression of the property and any additional details you think we should know, especially regarding utilities and buildability. This includes observations about the topography (level or slope), ground conditions (muddy, moist, dry, or any standing water), whether there is any debris or junk on the property and any possible issue with the access/neighbor.
