Registered Jockey Club, 12 year old Bay Thoroughbred mare. 16.3 hands. Broke to ride arena and trails. Would make a great barrel or speed event horse.
Dam: Jaquenetta, Sire: McCann's Mojave, Foaled: April 27, 2014. She raced 4 starts and was retired in 2018 and then used as a broodmare.
Sire/Dam:
McCann's Mojave: a California bred stallion who was known for his endurance and speed.
Jaquenetta: a daughter of the stakes winning sire Falstaff.
She is an amazing mare but 16.3 hh and my tall husband no longer rides so I am looking for a shorter horse. I have taken her on many trail rides and has crossed water when following other horses. She rides out alone and with bigger groups. Walks, trots, and lopes nicely. Great with other horses.
Loads, stands quietly when tied, loves baths, stands nicely for farrier, will stand while both saddling and mounting. Her teeth were floated summer of 2025, she is UTD on shots, wormer, and coggins.
