Me and my girl bought this. Broke up. Has almost everything to finish the work. Kitchen cabinets, vanity in the bathroom, drywall needs mud and taped painted etc, has waterproof plank flooring, needs the shower tiled tiles are included along with adhesive grout and grout. Just literally needs to be assembled. I'm too old to deal with it. Tired of paying space rent.
Is in a family park. Rent is currently $450 the house is 500 s.f. IIRC
16x55 doesn't need to be moved but you have to be approved by the park.

Has new updated double pane windows ordered for the mobile by home Depot and a few Lowe's had ordered for us for mobile home sized window holes.

Needs water heater "on demand ones are super cheap" on Amazon.
