I was outside the Comfort Inn, hanging out in the one corner, forested part of the grounds of the Comfort Inn, when I put my phone down and left it unattended while I was in the middle of a conversation with someone who seemed transient. It couldn't have been longer than 5 or so minutes, but when I went back to grab it, my iPhone was gone!
I've been working with the Klamath Falls City Police to find it, I first made an incident report back on September 24th of this year, incident report number is 2025/092400041. It apparently was found by a "Tyrel/Tyler Shane" who promised to turn it back in within the week of finding it himself/themself, but guess who has failed to follow through with the promise of his word? That man exactly!
Listen up, that iPhone13 is important to me, it has evidence photos from the house I used to live in off of Lanewood Dr in La Pine, OR and my girlfriend's phone number on it. I haven't been able to see my girlfriend's face in months, or hear her voice and let her know I'm okay, I also need those evidence photos as they'd be crucial for what's going on in my life court case matter wise currently at this time.
Please, if your name is "Tyrel/Tyler Shane", do the right thing and turn that iPhone13 in to Klamath Falls City Police or the Corrections Facility or Sheriff's department if you know what's good for you. Stealing someone's phone and identity, causing more trials and tribulations in their life isn't cool at all, not even in the slightest!
Especially with the holidays coming up, there's nothing else I'd rather be able to do, than see my girlfriend's face and hear her voice once again! It would be the most amazing belated All Hallow's Eve(Halloween), Dia de Los Muertos, 30th Birthday gift, Feliz Navidad, Christmas, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day gift combined.
