Experienced, trustworthy, and active 57-year-old man looking for temporary part-time caretaker, light handyman-type work, or short engagement retail business consulting, while I wait for my disability claim to process. I’m 8 months recovered from open heart surgery, fully cleared for light activity, and eager to stay productive.
I spent 30 years in white-collar roles but I’ve never been one to sit still and love being outside. I’m comfortable with animals and general property chores like feeding pets/livestock, basic yard work, light maintenance, errands, organizing, or whatever needs doing that falls in that perfect middle ground: tasks you don’t necessarily want to do yourself but don’t want to pay a specialist $150+/hr for.
Details:
Available for shifts under 4 hours
Flexible schedule, short-term or ongoing as needed
Honest, dependable, and easy to work with
Clean and respectful of your home/property.
If you need occasional help around the house, with animals, or just an extra set of capable hands for those annoying-but-necessary jobs, I’d love to hear what you have in mind. Happy to discuss specifics and see if it’s a good fit.
Feel free to message me with details. I’m open to creative ideas and would consider one year live in arrangement.
