Life throws us all sorts of curve balls. I’ve been given many and a lot I never expected recently. So I’m looking for ALT opportunities for housing. I’m posting this with the motivation that the person reading this might want to make an investment in someone. Whether you’d like to take a long vacation, have someone watch and care for your home while you’re gone, or just have an extra property for use.

What you’re investing in is a young woman (and her family) that has big goals, that needs the stability of a home while she recollects the pieces of her life. Starting entrepreneur, and a hard worker.

6 bedrooms plus
3 plus bathroom
Washer/dryers or hook ups for full size washer & dryers
1 acre plus property, hopefully managing to stay closer to the city as much as possible
Shop area for working
